יניקה מלמעלה "Where is Your True Home?"
This chapter in Sefer Gilgulim explains the principle of יניקה מלמעלה "Yeneeka Milmaala" which literally means "sustenance from above"; in real terms יניקה מלמעלה "Yeneeka Milmaala" is the spiritual understanding that a person needs to be in the correct place for ones soul to receive the destined fullness of physical and spiritual energy for ones soul, in order that one can maximize ones true potential in ones life.
