Reb Chaim Vital explains that each individual has there own unique and individual purpose in life, however ALL reincarnated souls have 3 specific purposes in life.

The reason our souls have reincarnated in this life is because we have made mistakes in previous lifetimes that need correcting; events and situations occured in prior lifetimes that have created negative ties, when our souls left the prior lifetime we had created DEATH and now we need to cancel out the "DEATH" from prior lifetime and convert this to "LIFE" in this lifetime for all of eternity.

"DEATH" is anything that isn't life; "DEATH" includes hatred, jealousy, bitterness, unforgiven arguments, resentment and a greedy selfish physical attachment to this physical earth.

"LIFE" is love; "LIFE" energy brings happiness, contentment, peace of mind, trust in GOD and an optimistic outlook on life, eager to live every moment of life. "LIFE" has the power to create more "LIFE" and hence choosing the pathway of "LIFE" means choosing to be part of a continuity of life. Once a person chooses continuity of life then a person has broken the dead-end cycle of death and reincarnation. Ones soul is now spiritually enlightened and FREE from "death" for eternity. (1) The Need to Learn to FORGIVE.

The first purpose for all reincarnated souls is the URGENT need to learn to FORGIVE, this is the single most important key to successfully break the cycle of reincarnation; the success of ones life will be judged in the ability to forgive.

Reb Chaim Vital explains that it is totally unimportant whatever anyone has done to you, the IMPORTANT factor is to FORGIVE them completely. If one has been hurt in this life by anyone it is quite possible that one did this to them in a prior lifetime. The ONLY way to break the cycle of reincarnation is to FORGIVE them completely.

This is so imperatively important that Reb Chaim Vital says that this is the whole purpose of living a reincarnated life - to learn to FORGIVE.

FORGIVE AND FORGET COMPLETELY

The sign that you have successfully forgiven another person, is that when you think of them, you no longer have any hatred feelings. In fact you should have NO FEELINGS towards them at all. They mean NOTHING at all, not to you or your life anymore as you have disconnected yourself from their soul through your forgiveness to them you have set yourself free from them.

If you still feel some element of hatred or any emotions towards them, this is a sign that you have NOT disconnected from them and their evil ways, and THIS WILL HURT, POISON AND DESTROY YOUR LIFE AND SOUL.

So simply forgive them in your mind thoughts, forget about them, don't even mention their name, and detach yourself from them completely.

TheJewish prayer said every night before going to sleep, is the same prayer said on a person's death bed in the final preparation as the soul leaves this physical world and according to Reb Chaim Vital is the prayer one should say every time someone upsets you.

Reb Chaim Vital states that one should say this several times every day during the day to cleanse ones soul, especially at any moment when someone has upset you or made you feel angry and hurt, as these are people that for some reason have come into your life to upset you for a specific reason to heal the negative energy in your soul , so learn to FORGIVE them and FORGIVE everyone who has done you harm in this lifetime and prior lifetimes.

And whether they did this by accident or intentionally, with horrible evil thoughts or without thinking, whether they said the words or with actions, whether in this life or in previous lifetimes ...... i forgive them... and please GOD do not punish or hurt them, do not bring any illness or anything bad against them as i forgive them completely ....... I FORGIVE EVERYONE through the power of my prayer and my speech".

סליחה Forgiveness

Reb Chaim Vital explains the hebrew word for forgiveness is סליחה Selicha; the first letter is closed letter ס teaching that without forgiveness one will just go around-and-around in circles in life, accomplishing nothing and dying miserable, bitter and resentful.

FORGIVENESS has the power to break all reincarnations setting a persons soul FREE and enabling one to live a life of happiness and love in this world and for eternity for ones soul. This is the most important purpose ones soul has reincarnated to FORGIVE and become FREE from that negative connection.

"I FORGIVE EVERYONE"!

Keep Saying the Words I Forgive ...

Reb Chaim Vital explains that if one has any uncomfortable feelings about anyone, any dislikes or anyone that one feels any kind of hatred from, then one should say the word "I forgive ...(the name of the person)... for the hurt they have done me".

Keep repeating this many times until one feels that there is complete forgiveness from you in your mind and you actually feel good, relieved, disconnected and released from them. This is the purpose you are alive in order to FORGIVE everyone and everything that happens in your life, past present and future, FORGIVE everyone !

Only when one has forgiven then one can start to cancel out any "loss by transference" that has occured in ones life.

Then ASK GOD for Forgiveness

Once a person has broken all the negative aspects of reincarnation, by forgiving all the people whom have hurt, angered, destroyed or damaged ones life, one is now able to ASK GOD to be forgiven. Simply say:-

"Please GOD Forgive Me For Everything I Have Done Wrong In My Life & In Prior Lifetimes, I Have Made Many Silly Mistakes Which I Truly Regret, Please Forgive Me".

The spiritual law applies that since one has forgiven all those people whom have done wrong and hurt against you, so too you will be forgiven. This is the Key to breaking the cycle of death and the cycle of reincarnation.

 

(2) The Need to Learn to be COMPASSIONATE

All reincarnated souls need to learn to be COMPASSIONATE to everyone, which means NEVER hurt anyone and never gossip nor slander anyone. Use the power of speech wisely.

Reb Chaim Vital explains that having compassion for other people is having respect for them, the Spiritual Law of Compassion explains that all humans are created with a unique soul by GOD, everyone has a unique purpose, and everyone deserves respect for their specific role they have in life, even if we have differing opinions, different ways of doing things and different beliefs & perceptions of life.

Compassion means understanding that anger is a result of arguments and disagreements when people are intolerant towards others and lack compassion for other human beings, the meaning of "humility" and the ways of a humble person is the key to having compassion for everyone and the key for "spiritual" elevation of ones soul, as explained fully on "Life of Compassion" .

When a person has compassion for another person, one will instinctively have respect for them and will NOT gossip nor slander them.

What is a persons purpose in this life? To keep quiet as much as possible !

The Talmud explains that the reason why most people fail to elevate their souls and find themselves reincarnating again and again is because they have failed to use the power of speech correctly. The only reason why a person slanders and gossips against anothe person is because a person is resentful, bitter and incompassionate. All these factors are negative and will cause a person to be reincarnated, these are DEATH energies.

Therefore one should learn to be extremely careful with the power of ones speech, the only way one will have life is by using ones speech that creates LIFE energy. NEVER criticize anyone, NEVER shout or destroy anyones life through the power of speech otherwise one will be locked into a cycle of reincarnation. (3) The Need to Learn to LOVE.

All reincarnated souls need to learn to LOVE, the most important purpose of life is to LOVE. The famous Rabbi Hillel said that the essence of the whole Torah is "Love thy neighbour" and everything else is simply an explanation of how to LOVE. Learning to LOVE is the key of life, when one chooses to LOVE one chooses life, when one hates one chooses death.

Reb Chaim Vital explains that once a person has corrected the 3 keys of reincarnation especially the 1st Key of always being grateful and happy with everything in one's life, the next stage to ensuring a corrected and perfect reincarnation is to LOVE everything and everyone. Learn to continually think loving thoughts and live a wholesome "LIFE OF LOVE".

Naturally, this can be challenge because there maybe situations or people that may "make you" feel that you don't want to be loving towards them. However, the challenge to ALL reincarnated souls is to NEVER think hateful, angry, bitter, jealous or negative thoughts. Each time a person thinks a negative thought it creates an energy of DEATH, whereas everytime a person thinks of a positive loving happy thought one creates energy of LIFE.

The pain of reincarnation means that there are going to be situations and people whom one will be inclined to be hateful, angry, bitter or negative towards, this is because ones soul has carried over from a prior lifetime this negative DEATH energy, that's why a person has reincarnated, if one had indeed succeeded in a previous lifetime to have only LOVING and LIFE energy then ones soul would not have needed to reincarnate in this lifetime.

Therefore one must HEAL ones soul and correct all of ones thoughts to ONLY be positive and LOVING thoughts.
