The Talmud relates a true story where Rabbi Yoseph son of Rabbi Yehoshua fainted and went into the Spiritual World of Souls, he was allowed to take a glimpse at the Eternal Divine Spiritual World. When he awoke, they asked him "what did you see?" He said he saw a world that was totally "upside-down" as the great and famous people are considered unimportant in Spirit World. Whereas some of the poorest and most unimportant people in this physical world are considered to be the greatest souls in Spirit World.
He awoke confused, but was assured by Rebi Yehoshua Ben Levi that in fact he had seen the truth and the true reality of this world and the truth of the Eternal Divine Spirit World. (Quoted from the תלמוד בבלי מסכת פסחים דף נ עמוד א Talmud Pesachim Page 50a).
Appearances are Deceptive in this Physical World
Without spiritual understanding there are many things that occur in this world that seem unjust, unfair and simply "not right". Belief in the Eternal Divine Creator of the Universe - The רבונו של עולם GOD and belief in an Eternal Spiritual World instills in a person an acceptance that whatever happens, happens for a specific reason, nothing happens by accident nor chance.
Therefore when something seemingly unfair and unjust happens, one instinctively accepts and knows that the perpetrators will not go unpunished, either in this physical world or eternally in spirit world or their souls will be forced to reincarnate to come down to earth again to correct the mistakes of their past lives; if one is the victim then maybe it is you who has needed to experience something unfair in this life to cleanse your soul from a previous life, therefore making it necessary for one to experience the pain, learn the lesson, and then learn to forgive which will break the cycle of reincarnation.
The Books are Balanced Over Many Lifetimes
The Eternal Divine records known as ספרי החיים (or known as Akashic records) are records of everything that has happend in past lives and happens in this life. In most circumstances the "books are balanced" daily or during a single liftime; however some situations are simply beyond repair in one lifetime, and therefore a Credit or Debt is issued over a persons soul.
Such a Credit or Debt, Reward or Pain can only be collected when the person reincarnates to live life in this physical world. This is the purpose of גלגל החיים "Reincarnation of Souls" - the balancing of the spiritual books.
Nothing happens by "chance" nor "accident" in this world, everything has reason, therefore if someone has caused you pain and anguish, don't be upset, trust and know that they will feel that pain and anguish or know that maybe in a previous life you caused them pain, so now is time to forgive, heal and close that part of your soul that needs healing from the injustice and pain.

Introduction to Gilgulim - Reincarnation
There are only three reasons why a person reincarnates :-
1. To correct the past life
2. To elevate the soul to a higher spiritual level
3. To be a leader, a guide and a teacher for other people
And every reincarnated soul is given a special gift of "sensitivity" and "intuition".
The Gift of Sensitivity for "Reincarnated Souls"
The 7 aspects to understand "sensitivity" from the chapter of "Sensitive Souls", from Sefer Shinuyim "The book of changes" and Sefer Gilgulim "The Book of Reincarnations" teaches the importance of knowing what "being sensitive" means and how to handle this special "spiritual gift" :-

Introduction
All humans more or less have the same physical characteristics, however the individuality of each person is identified by the way one THINKS. Ones thoughts and in particular the gift of SENSITIVITY gives a person the "extra special" Divine help, to accomplish ones purpose and achieve success in life.
The more "sensitive" a person is, the greater ones potential and ability to succeed. This is provided one understands the gift of being "sensitive", learning and knowing when to "open" and "close" the sensitivity, controlling the flow of energy that is given to a sensitive person by learning to use ones MIND power, and using ones unique gifts that are contained within the blessing of "sensitivity" correctly, this page will explain this "gift" of sensitivity.
1. Every person has chosen the specific level of "Sensitivity" one needs during life and for each stage of change during ones life.
Our soul chooses to be "sensitive" before we are born during our childhood, in order to maximise our potential in this life, and to make 100% certain that we succeed in "getting it right" by listening to our sensitive feelings, thereby correcting all the mistakes we have made in previous lifetimes and learn the lessons we wanted to learn in this life.
The Divine purpose in making a person "sensitive" is in order to ensure that we follow the correct pathway in life. If a child is told NOT to touch a hot oven and then touches the oven and gets a "burn", this childs sensitivity is teaching the child - NEVER touch burning hot ovens! During childhood our physical senses, parents and teachers teach us and guide us along a safe pathway for our survival in life.
As we develope during childhood and adulthood, there are unique experiences applicable to each individual, the ONLY guide we have is the gift of "sensitivity". When a person uses and "listens" to the sensitivity correctly, and IGNORES all the people who are giving them bad advice then one can have great success.
Many refer to the "sensitivity" as a strong spiritual connection with ones guardian angels who are protecting and guiding the individual. However a person perceives "sensitivity" - it is a gift that is given to each individual in different measures, to help one make the right decisions and follow the right pathway for each persons individualistic life.
Everyone is "sensitive" whilst
one is "growing up" or "changing"
Every human-being and animal has a basic sensitivity, that enables them to grow-up and survive in this world. During life-changing moments in ones life, especially "mid-life-crisis" moments, divorce or death of a loved one, or any kind of "loss", a persons soul and mind is made to be "open" and more "sensitive", this is in order that a person learns and listens to their "sensitivity" in order to make the necessary good changes in their lives.
Often changes occur just after someone who loves you dies, spiritually this is because their soul in spirit world WANTS to help you and is trying to guide you along the correct pathway in life, hence the extra-sensitivity is a GIFT from their soul to you - to help YOU.
Many people misconstrue super-senstitive as "bad feelings" that are "attacking" a person, this is incorrect, there is something that needs changing and these sensitive feelings are there to help a person to change, so "work" with and dont fight against these feelings.
Many adults, try to suppress their "uncomfortable" feelings, but in fact these sensitive emotions are trying to teach a person to CHANGE, and guide a person AWAY from their current life to a NEW pathway. If the person chooses to ignore and suppress these feelings, then it often gets worse, until the physical body and soul decides it is an emergency and a "big sign" is needed to change a person.
Once a person has learnt the lesson
there is no need for "sensitivity"
Once a person has learnt the lesson that they are being guided by their "sensitivity", then there is no need for the "uncomfortable feelings". If, however a person does not listen and change, then the uncomfortable feelings persist until a person changes. 2. All "sensitive souls" are
wise "OLD" souls reincarnating.
All "Sensitive souls" are "OLD" souls reincarnating, the gift of "sensitivity" is a "spiritual gift" that one has earned in previous lifetimes, and provides a person with "special" protection during this life.
Sensitivity is an indication that a person is an OLD soul, the more sensitive a person is indicative that their soul is very OLD.
In addition to the usual gift of sensitivity of a child, an "old" soul that is returning to earth to live life again is blessed with the gift of extra special "sensitivity".
"Super Sensitivity"
Most people come to earth to learn the basic lessons of "בניי חיי מזוני", that is:- to have children, learn to create a life of love, and survival. "OLD" souls have lived and fulfilled these basic lessons in a previous life, these souls have come to earth for a specific purpose. A unique role applicable to them, and with a collective purpose to humanity.
These "old souls" also known as "teachers", are blessed with a "super sensitivity" in order that they may succeed, this sensitivity gives them special "Protection" to keep away from "freeloaders", jealous, hateful and "nuisance" people. This gift "sensitivity" keeps one focused, not being diverted by materialism or mundane physical pleasures. This makes sensitive people feel very uneasy and uncomfortable doing anything their soul considers "useless" to the purpose they came to earth to fulfill.
3. Sensitive souls feel "unsettled"
in this physical world
Sensitive souls feel they do not belong in this physical world, they feel uncomfortable, unsettled and find it difficult to adjust to this physical world. This is because they still have deep emotions and memories of previous lifetimes embedded in their soul. The "older" the soul and further back in history were they have originated from the more unsettled they will feel in this life.
In the understanding that "sensitive souls" are reincarnated souls, this means that they have lived many years ago in a different place and certainly very much "differently" than our modern generation. If you imagine how an african who lives without electricity would cope if they suddenly woke up in Manhattan New York during "rush hour" !!! Conversely if we woke up in a world without computers, electricity or running water !!! Now think how a wise old soul who lived 2000 years ago would manage if they would be born in our generation !
It would take a lot of time to "climatize" to this physical world, whilst still trying to remain focused on the specific purpose of their reincarnated life, without being side tracked, distracted or diverted by "modern lifes tempatations" or bad advice from non-spiritual distractions.
All sensitive souls feel "unsettled" in this physical world, as their souls have spent more time in the truthful open "spiritual" world, than they have done in this physical world which contains a lot of "deceit". Naturally these "old senstitive souls" feel more at home in the spiritual world, however once and ONLY when these souls start to connect with other "old souls" and start to accomplish the purpose they came to earth to fulfill, then they will feel at peace with themselves.
Until that time comes, these "sensitive souls" simply need to learn how to be "Closed" (both physically and spiritually in ones mind and thoughts) to external draining influences that cause the soul a loss by "Transference" with interaction with "freeloaders" who give them "bad feelings".
(What are "freeloaders"? - As we explained on the RESCUE souls page, "freeloaders" are earthbound souls after they have died, however, as we in the next paragraphs, there are bad people who still alive and are called "freeloaders", freeloaders look as though they are physically alive - but their souls inside are "DEAD", they have no connection with creative loving life energy, as they are full of hatred, fear and destruction, such people are annoying as they have ruined their own lives and their aim and desire is to destroy and ruin other peoples lives.)
4. Sensitive souls feel isolated and lonely
"Sensitive souls" as they are "old souls" usually feel isolated and alienated from most people of their generation. Even in large crowds of people, they find very few people with whom they can really "connect" with. This is especially important for parents and "sensitive" children to realise, that if a sensitive child doesn't integrate well at school, with children of their own age, it is NOT a sign that there is something "wrong" with the child, to the contrary - it is simply the child has the soul of old reincarnated wise person who has nothing in common with other children.
Once such a sensitive child realises, the power of his/her soul, then this child should be channeled to learn to use their sensitivity at a young age to try and identify what their skills are from previous lifetimes. This is the reason why religious jewish children learn hebrew at a young age of 5, "hebrew" is the reconnection with the mother-tongue of jewish souls, which reconnects the childs soul and brings them "alive". All "jewish" souls have an immediate ability to the hebrew language, it comes very easily to true jewish souls, as it is embedded within the souls memory. Once this door to the soul is opened, this easily allows the mind to be opened to all knowledge and spiritual energy.
All "sensitive children" have a gift
Likewise, all "sensitive children" will find something that they are very gifted and learn very quickly, it maybe a language like hebrew or french, a science such as astronomy, astrology or maths, knowledge of the bible, history, (old books which remind them of the past lives), or artistic drawing or creative writing abilities or playing a musical instrument etc.,
It is the duty of good responsible parents to try and help their sensitive children "unlock" their past, and find these gifts. This will instantaneously bring their soul "alive" and help guide their soul to their correct pathway. Once they are connected with their purpose the feelings of isolation and alienation dissapate, as the doorway in their soul is opened and now they will start to connect with good people, who are all part of their destiny.
5. Sensitive souls take time to adjust
Sensitive souls take time to adjust to life on earth, once one learns the spiritual rules of controlling "sensitivity" one will have wonderfully productive fulfilling and happy lives.
These simple rules are (1) to be aware and understand the concept of the soul, (2) understand that there is a "bigger" picture of life in this physical world and spiritual world than we see with our eyes, (3) understand that everything that happens in a persons life is controlled by ones mind and thoughts, learn to use ones mind effectively and think for oneself, (4) learn how to keep "Closed" to freeloaders and not allow oneself to be side-tracked or easily influenced by the wrong people, (5) understand that ones mood is susceptable to "change" by external influences, so ensure that one does not lose ones energy in a loss by "transference", (6) keep focused that one has been blessed and one has a specific role in life to accomplish with ones gifts.
Once a person recognises these facts and lives with the understanding that they have a specific and unique purpose, which is part of a divinely planned and destined pathway, then "sensitive" souls gain a self confidence (without being "proud and arrogant"), then always have wonderful purposeful enlightened lives, in spite of having "setbacks" in early life, that are usually caused by freeloaders taking advantage and abusing the goodness of sensitive people.
Sensitive souls take longer than most people to adjust to this physical world, they may mature later than most people, and "late developing" is perfectly normal. According to the Talmud, sensitive souls usually only marry and "find loving soulmate" after the age of 30 or even 40 like the famous Rabbi Akiva who married at 40. Until this age they need the freedom to use their minds to learn and develope their spiritual gifts, being married with children would "disturb" their souls pathway, so inherently they are "late-developers". This is perfectly normal, hence it is vital that "sensitive souls" NEVER to compare themselves to other people !
6. Success for sensitive souls as soon as one makes the right connections spiritually
As with all reincarnated souls success and a sense of "life energy" and vitality ONLY comes when one makes the right connections with the right destined people and places. The gift of super sensitivity gives a person the intuitive "feeling" that a particular place, people and events in ones life are 100% correct, even if "other" people think you are wrong. It is up to you to trust your spiritual guidance and have confidence in your feelings of sensitivity instead of listening to other people.
This spiritual guarentee for "sensitive souls" is this KEY to life, once the correct connections are made, then "magically" good things happen for the person, as signs that this is the correct course in life, coupled with a sense of knowing that this new pathway is the right destined pathway. Until the correct pathway is taken - then there will be blockages, depression and failures, all these are signs of guidance to ensure that one feels unsettled and "not at peace" until one is one the right pathway.
Ofcourse one has the freewill choice to "Block Success" or even if one tells the wrong people, these "destructive people" can cancel out the potential, until one learns Closure from these people and STOP being drained in any loss by "Transference". Only YOU can feel what you are feeling, and instinctively and spiritually your soul will know what to do ! Even if one resists changes, life will stagnate or "go round" in circles until one gets it right !
7. Keeping connected to LIFE
and disconnect from DEATH
Sensitive souls need to keep connected to "LIFE" and "LOVE" and disconnect from "DEATH" and "HATE", they need to learn when to be "open" and "closed", so they can control the energy flow in their soul through their sensitivity.
Who is "Alive" & Who is "Dead" ?

Everyone and especially sensitive souls are constantly interacting and sensing everything around them, it is vital that we connect only "life" and "love" energy. If a person senses or feels drained this is a sign that the person, place or energy of ones activity is "dead" energy. KEEP CLOSED and GET AWAY from such DEAD energy.
